| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经外周置入中央静脉导管（Peripherally Inserted Central Catheters,以下简称PICC）作长效封管的尿激酶合适浓度。方法对30例同一肿瘤患者不同化疗间歇期分别用两种不同浓度尿激酶（10万U/ml和24万U/ml浓度）行长效封管,观察封管效果并分别在封管前后对患者凝血系统（DIC各项指标）进行监测、对比、分析。结果两种浓度的尿激酶对PICC长效封管均可达到预期封管效果,用10万U/ml浓度的尿激酶封管对患者凝血系统影响更小,安全性更高。结论 10万U/ml浓度的尿激酶用于肿瘤患者化疗间歇期PICC长效封管（20天以内）是比较理想的选择。
