中风通络丸对大鼠局灶性脑缺血模型的影响

目的：观察中风通络丸抗脑缺血的作用，为其临床用药提供实验依据。方法：各组雄性 SD 大鼠采用线栓法复制局灶性脑缺血模型，造模后各组大鼠继续给药3d。于造模后24h 及末次给药后次日，对各组大鼠进行神经功能评分，麻醉取脑，TTC 染色，测量梗死面积并计算梗死率。结果：中风通络丸中、高剂量组能显著降低大鼠脑缺血模型神经功能评分等级，显著减少脑缺血所致的脑梗死面积百分比。结论：中风通络丸能明显改善脑缺血大鼠神经功能症状，降低脑脏器系数及脑梗死面积百分比，具有明显抗脑缺血作用。

Effect of Zhongfeng Tongluo pills on the CerebralIschemia Injury Model of Rat

Objective To investigate the anti-cerebral ischemia effects of and provide experimental evidence for clinical use. Methods The ischemic model in each group was established by suture method using male SD rats, then rats were treated with drugs continuously for 3 days. The neurological function was evaluated at the time 24h after modeling and the day after the last ad ministration. The brains were obtained from anesthesia SD rats and stained with TTC. the infarction sizes and infarction rate were measured and calculated. Results Zhongfeng Tongluo Pills with medium or high doses reduced neurological rating scale and the percentage of infarct area caused by cerebral ischemia significantly. Conclusion Zhongfeng Tongluo Pills showed distinct anti-cerebral ischemia effect through improving the neurological symptoms of cerebral ischemia significantly in rats, reducing brain viscera coefficient and the percentage of infarction area.
