摘    要:以聚醚二元醇、异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、1,4-丁二醇(1,4-BDO)、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)等作为主要原料,合成硬段含量适中的水性聚氨酯。在其中加入微球发泡剂、有机硅流平剂、有机硅消泡剂等获得了适合合成革发泡用浆料。研究了不同发泡剂对发泡后合成革的微观结构、发泡倍率、密度、透气性、透水汽性、比表面积等因素的影响。结果表明:微球发泡剂与水性聚氨酯树脂的相容性良好,发泡后合成革的发泡倍率增大约2-5倍,比表面积增大,泡孔均匀、细密。透气渗透系数约为未发泡革的22.6倍。

Abstract:A sort of waterborne polyurethane(PU) with moderate hard segment content was prepared from Poly(tetramethylene oxide glycol)(PTMG),isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),1,4-butanediol and dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA).On this base,a sizing agent with microballoon sphere foaming agent,organic silicon flatting agent,organic silicon de-foaming agent was prepared and used for the manufacture of foam-synthetic leather-base.Meanwhile,the effects of foaming agent on the microstructure,foaming ratio,density,air permeability and specific surface area of foam-synthetic-leather-coating were investigated in detail.The results indicate that the microspheres foaming agent and water polyurethane resin have good compatibility,comparing with the control sample,the foaming ratio of synthetic leather increases about 2-5 times and air permeability coefficient increases nearly 22.8 times due to the increased specific surface area,and the bubble structure is founded to be even and fine after the foaming.
