脂肪酸阳离子甘油酯CMESA的合成研究

摘    要:季铵盐型阳离子表面活性剂是一种用途广泛的化工产品,本研究以自制季铵盐型活性醚化剂环氧氯丙基三甲基氯化铵(GTMAC)改性十八酸合成阳离子单酯2-羟基-N,N,N-三甲基-3-硬脂酰氧基丙基氯化铵(CMESA)。实验得出CMESA的最佳合成条件为:超声频率40 kHz,n(GTMAC)∶n(十八酸)=1.5∶1.0,反应时间2.5 h,pH=6,反应温度40℃,CMESA产率93.47%。通过元素分析和和红外光谱对产品结构进行了表征。

Abstract:Quaternary cationic surfactant is a widely used chemical product.This article studied the synthesis of cationic triglyceride 2-hydroxy-N,N,N-trimethyl-3-stearin-propyl ammonium chloride(CMESA) by using quaternary ammonium etherification agent glycidyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(GTMAC) to modify stearic acid.The best synthesis conditions of CMESA were as follows: ultrasound frequency was 40 kHz,n(GTMAC)∶n(stearic acid) = 1.5∶1.0,reaction time was 2.5 h,pH= 6,reaction temperature was 40 ℃,yield of CMESA was 93.47%,and the product structure was characterized by elemental analysis and IR.
