摘    要:<正>MCM-22分子筛是Mobil公司开发的与以往的分子筛材料结构特征不同的新型高硅沸石。MCM-22分子筛的孔径小于2 nm,具有独立的十元环和十二元环孔道体系和良好的热及水热稳定性。目前MCM-22分子筛已在苯与丙烯烷基化制异丙苯反应中实现了工业化应用,同时还在催化裂化、芳构化、醚化、重质芳烃轻质化及甲苯

Abstract:Zeolite MCM-22 was prepared by dynamic hydrothermal synthesis.The upper suspension of the mother liquor was used in synthesis of the next batch of zeolite MCM-22.The products were characterized by means of XRD and TEM.The results showed that the crystallinity of the synthesized zeolite was high and the morphology of the crystal particles was irregular hexagon,with 30 nm in thickness and 50-300 nm in diameter.A large number of nano-MCM-22 particles in the suspension played an important role of crystal seeds in the hydrothermal synthesis,which could reduce the template dosage.
