摘    要:概述了乙二胺的特点和用途,综述了二氯乙烷法和乙醇胺法合成乙二胺的研究进展。重点介绍了二氯乙烷法合成乙二胺的反应原理、工艺条件和生产技术现状;乙醇胺法中着重介绍了氨化还原工艺及缩合工艺的研究进展,讨论了催化剂活性中心、催化剂载体、助剂等对胺化反应的影响。结合我国实际情况,提出了该领域今后的研究发展方向及需要解决的问题。

Abstract:The properties and applications of ethylenediamine(EDA) were introduced,and progresses in the research of EDA synthesis from ethylene dichloride(EDC) or monoethanolamine(MEA) were reviewed.The reaction mechanism and process conditions for the EDC process were presented.For the MEA method,amination-reduction process and condensation process over catalysts were emphasized.The effects of active centers,supports and promoters of the catalysts on the reaction were also discussed.The developing tendency and existing problems in this field were analyzed.
