光引发分散聚合制备聚乙烯亚胺为核的聚丙烯酰胺

摘    要:合成了分散剂聚甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(PDMC);以丙烯酰胺(AM)为单体、PDMC为分散剂、硫杂蒽酮封端聚乙烯亚胺为引发剂,在硫酸铵分散介质中通过光引发分散聚合,在无搅拌的条件下合成了以聚乙烯亚胺为核的星形聚丙烯酰胺(PEI-PAM);考察了分散剂、单体、分散介质的含量及引发剂浓度、反应时间对聚合反应的影响,评价了PEI-PAM盐水溶液对油田污水的浮选效果。实验结果表明,当聚合体系中w(PDMC)=2.0%~3.6%、w(AM)=8.0%~12.0%、w(硫酸铵)=26.5%~28.0%、c(硫杂蒽酮基团)=0.038~0.050 mmol/L时,在30℃、反应时间25~35 min的条件下,聚合反应的转化率大于90%,聚合产物PEI-PAM盐水溶液的稳定性好,其表观黏度为400~1 650 mPa.s,PEI-PAM的黏均相对分子质量为(0.8~1.9)×106。PEI-PAM对油田污水的浮选效果优于聚铝。

Abstract:Star poly(ethylene imine)-polyacrylamide(PEI-PAM)with polyethyleneimine as the core was prepared from acrylamide(AM)with synthesized poly(acryloyloxyethyltrimethyl ammonium chloride)(PDMC)as the stabilizer and thioxanthone-terminated poly(ethylene imine) as the initiator through photo-induced dispersion polymerization without stirring in ammonium sulfate solution as the dispersion medium.The effects of the stabilizer dosage,monomer dosage,dispersion medium dosage,initiator concentration and reaction time on the polymerization were investigated.Also the flotation treatment of oilfield wastewater with PEI-PAM salt solution was studied.The experimental results showed that in the reaction system with 2.0%-3.6%(w)PDMC,8.0%-12.0%(w)AM,26.5%-28.0%(w)ammonium sulfate and 0.038-0.050 mmol/L thioxanthone group,under the conditions of 30℃ and 25-35 min,the polymerization conversion was more than 90%,the product PEI-PAM salt solution had good stability with 400-1 650 mPa·s apparent viscosity and the viscosity average relative molecular mass of PEI-PAM was(0.8-1.9)×106.PEI-PAM had a better flotation result for oilfield wastewater than that of polyaluminium chloride.
