微创闭合复位内固定术治疗髌骨骨折的临床研究

摘    要:目的观察微创闭合复位内固定术治疗髌骨横行骨折的临床疗效。方法自2006年4月~2010年1月来我科就诊的80例闭合性髌骨骨折患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组利用微创技术,采用手法复位经皮改良张力带钢丝内固定法;对照组采用切开复位内固定法,术后均随访6~24个月,比较两组的疗效。结果观察组优34例,良4例,中2例,优良率为95%;对照组优21例,良7例,中8例,差2例,优良率为70%,两组差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。结论微创下行经皮改良张力带钢丝内固定术治疗髌骨骨折有很好的疗效,术后关节功能恢复好,并发症少,值得推广应用。

Minimally Invasion Closed Reduction and Internal Fixation for Patellar Fractures

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of minimally invasion closed reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of patellar fractures. Methods Eighty cases of closed patellar fractures in our department treated from April.2006 to Jan. 2010 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, and the observation group was treated by minimally invasion and percutaneous modified tension band wire fixation, and the control group was treated by open reduction and internal fixation. All the eases were followed up for 6 to 24 months in order to compare the clinical effect of the two groups. Results The observation group showed 34 cases were excellent, 4 cases good and 2 cases general, with the excellent and good rate of 95% and the control group showed 21cases were excellent , 7cases good, 8cases general and 2 cases poor, with the excellent and good rate of 70%.There was a significant difference between the two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion The effect of minimally invasion and internal fixation with tension band wire in the treatment of patellar fractures is very good, the function of the joint after operation recovers well and the complications are fewer, worthy of promotion
