基于模糊控制的高速车辆横向半主动悬挂仿真

摘    要:在对铁道车辆横向半主动悬挂现有控制方法分析和比较的基础上,提出了基于阻尼A的自组织模糊控制,开发了高速电磁开关阀可变阻尼减振器,基于该模糊控制器来调节该减振器阻尼,使其对车辆运行工况的变化具有自适应能力。利用ADAMS软件建立高速铁道车辆的横向振动模型,将其输入到Simulink下进行仿真研究。仿真结果表明:与被动控制相比,自组织模糊半主动控制在各运行速度上都能够有效衰减车体振动,显著提高车辆的乘坐舒适性和平稳性。

Abstract:According to analysis and comparing to existing control methods of lateral semi-active suspension for vehicle, a self-organizing fuzzy control method based on damping-A was put forward, and a high-speed on-off valve damper was developed. The damper can adapt automatically the change of running condition by adjusting its damp through fuzzy controller. The lateral vibration model for high-speed railway vehicle was established by using Adams software, and then the model was input into the Simulink for emulating research. The simulation results show, compared with the passive control, the self-organizing fuzzy semi-active control can attenuate the vibration of car body effectively in different speed grade, and it can improve the vehicle ride comfort and stationarity obviously.
