| 摘 要： | 介绍了断裂理论及断裂准则(Normalized CockcroftLatham),同时运用有限元软件DE-FORM-2D对异周速滚筒式飞剪动态剪切过程进行模拟,对比了同周速飞剪和异周速飞剪剪切力、剪切功、侧推力及剪切扭矩等力能参数的差异,对比分析了两种剪切方式下剪切断面质量,为滚筒式飞剪剪切理论研究提供了一定的依据。

| Abstract: | this article introduced the fracture theory and fracture criterion,Normalized Cockcroft Latham,simulated the dynamic shear process of differential speed of rotary flying shear by applying FEM software DEFORM-2D,compared the shearing force parameters of the same speed flying shear with that of different speed flying shear such as,shear force,shear work,side thrust and shear torque and also analyzed the different shearing area received by this two cutting modes,which provides a reasonable basis for shear theory of rotary flying shear. |
