江西某铀矿石室内碱法浸出试验研究

摘    要:通过对江西某铀矿石的室内搅拌浸出试验,确定了适于该矿石的溶浸剂,并对矿石粒度、氧化剂等对浸出的影响进行了探讨。试验结果表明,该矿石属于碱性易浸矿石,采用35g/L Na2CO3+15g/L NaHCO3作浸出剂、3 g/L KMnO4作氧化剂,浸出性能较好,金属浸出率较高(>70%);同时,矿石细度是影响浸出的主要因素。

Abstract:Through the indoor agiatation-leaching test of a Jiangxi uranium ore, the leaching agents suitable for the ore were determined and the effect of particle size and oxidizer on leaching were studied. The test results show that this ore was an easy-to-leach alkaline one. When 35 g/L Na2CO3 + 15 g/L NaHCO3 were used as the leaching reagents and 3 g/L KM-nO4 was used as oxidizer, good leaching perfermances were achieved, with the metal leaching rate as high as above 70%. Ore fineness was the main factor influencing the leaching.
