肝血管瘤彩色多普勒超声影像分析

目的：评估彩色多普勒超声在诊断肝血管瘤中的应用价值。方法：回顾性分析69例肝血管瘤患者82个病灶彩色多普勒声像图特征及超声诊断准确率。结果：82个病灶经彩超诊断为肝血管瘤74个,超声诊断符合率为90.24%。病灶高回声型多见（58个）、直径≤3 cm多见（51个）、多位于肝右叶（64个）、多无血流信号（61个）;形态规则多见（56个）。结论：彩色多普勒超声对肝血管瘤的诊断有重要价值。

Analysis of color Doppler ultrasound imaging of hepatic hemangioma

Objective： To explore the application value of color Doppler ultrasound imaging in diagnosis of hepatic hemangioma. Method： Retrospective analysis was employed to analyze the features of 82 lesions of color Doppler ultrasound and the accuracy of ultrasound diagnosis in 69 cases of liver hemangioma. Result： Among 82 lesions,74 were diagnoses as hepatic hemangioma by color Doppler ultrasound. The ultrasound diagnosis coincidence rate was 90. 24%. Focal hyperechoic was Common（ 58）. Most of the lesion types were 3 cm or less in diameter（ 51）,located in the right lobe of the liver（ 64）,had no blood flow signal（ 61）. Morphological rules were more common（ 56）. Conclusion： There is important value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of hepatic hemangioma.
