医院管理人才的继续教育研究

管理人才是医院最重要的资源之一，国内关于管理人才的继续教育也进行了理论与实践的广泛探索。本文试图从决策层、职能层和操作层3个管理维度，从继续教育的需求分析出发，遵循合理的继续教育原则，采用合适的继续教育方法，最终落实到建立健全的医院管理人才队伍，从而推进医院各方面的工作。

Research on the Continuing Education for Hospital Management Personnel

Hospital management personnel is one of the most important resources. There are some extensive probe on theory and practice of continuing education for hospital management personnel in China. This article attempts to analyze the need of continuing education on three management dimensions of decision-making, functioning and performing, in accordance with the principle of reasonable continuing education, as well as in the appropriate method, and finally establishes and improves the hospital management personnel to promote all aspects of hospital work.
