摘    要:基于积分腔输出光谱技术(ICOS)的痕量气体分析仪具有结构简单、维护方便、响应速度快、灵敏度高、测量精确等突出优势。在介绍ICOS基本原理的基础上,介绍了仪器的性能特点和组成结构。实验显示该仪器具有小于±1%的线性误差和长时间稳定性。检测下限在1 000次内部平均时达到250 ppb。

Abstract:Trace gas analyzer based on integrated cavity output spectroscopy (ICOS) has been developed for gas sensing with the advantages of simple structure, easy maintenance, fast time response, high sensitivity and exact measurement. After introduced the principle of ICOS, the features and configuration of the analyzer were described. Laboratory and field experiments demonstrate that the analyzer has less than 1% linearity and long-term stability. A minimum detectable concentration is 250ppb for a 1,000 sweep average.
