大掺量粉煤灰混凝土早后期强度的试验研究

摘    要:采用粉煤灰、水泥、砂石,掺加一定量的高效减水剂FDN,利用正交设计方法安排试验。在数据分析中采用极差分析法和方差分析法,分析水胶比、粉煤灰掺量等四个因素对混凝土28d强度的影响程度。结合试验过程中拌制混凝土的和易性、坍落度和对混凝土工作性能的影响,选出混凝土配合比的最佳组合,并探求其应用于混凝土的可行性。

Abstract:The concrete strength test was conducted with the concrete made of fly ash,cement and sand plus a certain high efficient water reduction agent FDN and the orthogonal design method.In the date analysis,the ultra deviation analysis method and method deviation analysis method were applied.The paper analyzed the influence degree of the water glue ratio,fly ash mixed quantity and other factors to the strength of concrete 28d.In combined with the peaceability and collapse degree of the mixed concrete and the working performance influence of the concrete during the tset process,the paper selected the optimized group of the concrete water and cement ratio.The paper discussed the feasibility of the application to the concrete.
