| 摘 要： | 叙述了一个采用分级分布式控制结构实现远程数据采集的无损检测系统的设计过程，涉及系统应用需求选择的硬件配置，两级计算机通信的实现，RS-485接口电路设计等，该系统已投入使用，性能稳定，运行可靠，满足实时性和控制精度要求，可供同行业系统设计者参考。

| Abstract: | The paper describes a design procedure,which uses the distributed hierarchical control structure to implement a nondestructive testing system that collects data by remote control.It involves choosing and configurating the key hardware and fulfilling reliable data communication between the two levels of computers.It also includes several designing aspects of the RS 485 interface circuit.The system has been put into industrial applications.It has stable and reliable performance and can meet the requirements of real time control precision.It can be available as reference for other similar systems. |
