Clinical Efficacy of Warfarin Combined with Clopidogrel on Cardiac Function and Life Quality in Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Atrial Fibrillation

Objective To investigate the effect of warfarin combined with clopidogrel on cardiac function and life quality in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with atrial fibrillation.Methods A total of 84 patients with coronary heart diseasecomplicated with atrial fibrillation in Department of cardiovascular medicine of Shenyang 245 hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatm ent schemes,with 42 cases in each group.The control group w as treated with conventional regim en of coronary heart disease and atrial fibrillation combined with clopidogrel,while the observation group was treated with warfarin on the basis of conventional medication.The scores of cardiac function,coagulation function and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,as well as the occurrence of adverse drug reactions.Results After treatment,the indexes of cardiac function and coagulation function,as well as the scores of physical and mental health in the quality of life in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions betw een the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with coronary heart disease complicated with atrial fibrillation,warfarin and clopidogrel combined with conventional drug therapy can effectively improve the cardiac function,physical and mental health of patients,which is worthy of recommendation.
