摘    要:本文对10 kV冷绝缘正负极同轴直流高温超导电缆的低温绝缘特性进行了研究。聚丙烯层压纸PPLP是冷绝缘高温超导电缆常用的绝缘材料,首先对PPLP开展了液氮下的击穿实验研究,通过三参数Weibull分布对实验数据进行拟合,得到了PPLP的直流耐压、雷电冲击耐压绝缘强度。以此为基础,对10 kV双极同轴高温超导直流电缆的本体绝缘进行设计,制作了1 m长的模型电缆样品,最后按照国家标准要求,对电缆样品进行了耐压试验测试,验证了绝缘设计的合理性。

Abstract:This paper mainly studied the cryogenic insulation characteristics of 10 kV cold dielectric (CD) bipolar coaxial high temperature superconducting (HTS) DC cable. PPLP was suitable for insulation of CD HTS cable and the breakdown experiment of PPLP under liquid nitrogen was carried out. The experimental data were fitted by three-parameter Weibull distribution, and the DC withstand voltage and lightning impulse withstand voltage dielectric strength of PPLP were obtained. Based on these results, the insulation design of 10 kV bipolar coaxial HTS DC cable was performed. Furthermore, a model cable was manufactured according to the insulation design and tested for DC and impulse withstand voltage, which verified that the insulation design was qualified.
