C40自密实再生混凝土的力学性能试验研究

摘    要:设计了C40自密实混凝土,并采用再生粗骨料分别取代天然粗骨料的50%和75%制备了自密实再生混凝土,测试了自密实再生混凝土的立方体和棱柱体抗压强度及静弹性模量,并将自密实再生混凝土的静弹性模量实测值与计算值进行了比较。结果表明,不同再生粗骨料取代率对自密实再生混凝土立方体抗压强度的影响不大。随着自密实混凝土中再生粗骨料的取代率逐渐增加,自密实再生混凝土的棱柱体抗压强度逐渐降低。自密实再生混凝土的静弹性模量只有普通混凝土的60%左右。规范中普通混凝土的静弹性模量计算公式不适用于自密实再生混凝土。

Abstract:C40 self-compacting concrete was designed. Self-compacting recycled concrete was prepared with the weight of 50% and 75% natural aggregate replaced by recycled aggregate respectively. The cubic compressive strength, prism compressive strength and static modulus of elasticity of self-compacting recycled concrete were tested. The tested and calculated values of static modulus of elasticity of self-compacting recycled concrete were compared. The results show that the replacement rate of recycled aggregate has little effect on the cubic compressive strength of self-compacting recycled concrete. The prismatic compressive strength of self-compacting recycled concrete decreases with increase of replacement rate of recycled aggregate. The static modulus of elasticity of self-compacting recycled concrete is only about 60% that of ordinary concrete. The formula for calculating the static modulus of elasticity of ordinary concrete in the specification is not suitable for self-compacting recycled concrete.
