摘    要:在现有电力基础设施条件下,实现弹性提升运行措施的有效性与实用性是提高配电网弹性的关键。微网运行模式灵活多样,可主动参与配电网的弹性提升。根据含微网配电系统灾害或极端扰动后故障区域的不同,提出基于重构及非重构孤岛/并网的微网差异化恢复运行方法。考虑含微网配电系统的结构与运行特点,将系统构建成主网和微网2类小网络模型,提出面向微网非重构孤岛和重构的2个不同弹性度量指标体系。在此基础上,进行弹性指标计算,采用基于Choquet积分的弹性量化方法计算综合弹性值,以进行故障后微网非重构孤岛运行的弹性提升有效性评估,及得到基于重要负荷供电弹性最优的微网重构方案。最后,通过改造的含微网配电系统的仿真算例,验证所提方法的正确性和有效性。

Abstract:Under existing infrastructure conditions of power system, effectiveness and practicability of resilience enhancement operational measures are the keys to improve the resilience of power distribution system. The operation modes of microgrids are flexible and diverse, and microgrids can actively participate in the resilience enhancement of power distribution system. According to different fault areas of distribution system with microgrids after natural hazards or extreme disturbances, this paper proposed a method of microgrid differentiated recovery operation based on reconfiguration and non-reconfiguration of island or grid-connected microgrids. According to the structure and operation characteristics of the distribution system with microgrids, the system was constructed into two types of small network models, i.e. the main grid and the microgrid network. Two different resilience metrics for reconfiguration and non-reconfiguration of island microgrids were proposed. Based on these, the resilience indexes were calculated. Then, comprehensive resilience value was obtained using the method of resilience quantification based on Choquet integral. Further, the resilience enhancement effectiveness of non-reconfigured island microgrid was evaluated, and the microgrid reconfiguration scheme based on optimal resilience of load power supply path was obtained. Finally, correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified with simulation examples of the modified distribution system with microgrids.
