基于模态分析理论的电路模块动态特性

摘    要:模态分析用于确定设计中的结构及其部件的振动特性,包括结构的固有频率和振型。基于模态分析理论应用有限元软件ANSYS建立了电路模块的有限元模型,并通过模态仿真分析计算得出电路模块的固有频率及其振型。根据模态分析所得结果针对电路模块的薄弱环节进行结构调整,从而改善了电路模块的动态特性,避免了电路模块对外部激振的响应导致产共振或出现有害的振型,提高了电路模块的使用寿命和工作性能。

Abstract:Modal analysis is used to determine the vibration characteristic of a structure and its components,including the natural frequencies and vibration modes of the structure.Based on the modal analysis theory and by using finite element software ANSYS,the finite element model of circuit module is built up.The natural frequencies and vibration modes are obtained by the modal simulation analysis calculating.Taking advantage of the results,the circuit module is rearranged for the purposes of improving its dynamic characteristic and avoiding the sympathetic vibration or dangerous vibration modes caused by its responding of the external stimulates.As a result,the life of the circuit module is prolonged and its performance is improved.
