| 摘 要： | 儿童骨显像操作指南编写的主要内容包括儿童骨显像检查的临床适应证及禁忌证、核医学医务人员岗位要求、检查操作规范（病史采集、患儿准备及注意事项、放射性药物、图像采集、显像模式）、报告处理、质量控制及显像过程中的辐射安全。该指南主要适用于临床应用最多的99Tcm-MDP儿童骨显像检查。该操作指南的目的是为核医学医师在临床工作中处理儿童骨显像检查提供实用而行之有效的操作规范。

| Abstract: | The guidelines for pediatric bone scanning include information related to the indications and contraindications, responsibilities of nuclear medicine personnel, procedures of examination (including history-taking, patient preparation and precautions, radiopharmaceutical, image acquisition and imaging modalities), imaging intervention, quality control, and radiation safety, focusing primarily on 99Tcm-MDP bone scintigraphy in children. The purpose of these guidelines was to offer nuclear medicine teams a framework that could prove practical and helpful in daily clinical practice. |
