| 摘 要： | 采用化学成分分析、电镜扫描等方法,对出现裂纹的换热器板片样品进行了逐项分析。结果表明,板片发生裂纹和泄漏的主要原因为密封面本身存在比较高的冷加工残余应力,介质中有较高的Cl-,在操作压力下,换热器板片发生了应力腐蚀。同时针对本次事故发生的原因提出了相应的预防措施。

| Abstract: | By chemical composition analysis,SEM and other analytical methods,the cause of cracking of plate heat exchanger was investigated.It is shown that cold working residual stress,operation pressure,the presence of Cl-,are the key factors of the stress cracking corrosion of austenitic stainless steel.Finally some recommendations to improve the exchanger have been put forwarded. |
