| 摘 要： | 编辑人员的素质是保证科技期刊质量的决定性因素。科技期刊编辑人员的素质包含着丰富的内涵,其中思想道德素质是灵魂,文化知识素质是基础,编辑能力素质是核心。科技期刊编辑人员只有努力培养和全面塑造自身的素质,才能适应现代科技期刊编辑的需要。主管部门也应采取有效措施,创造必要条件,促使科技期刊编辑队伍素质的不断提高

| Abstract: | The makings of the editorial staff are a decisive factor in ensuring the quality of journals of science and techonology. Makings of the editorial staff involve numerous elements, among which ideological and moral quality is the soul, knowledge is the foundation, and the editing ability is the core. Only by making great efforts to develop their overall makings can the editing staff of journals of science and technology meet the requirements for editing journals of modern science and technology. Authorities concerned should also take effective measures and create essential conditions to bring about an advancement of the makings of the editorial staff of journals of science and technology. |
