| 摘 要： | 蚌埠市某厂小苏打车间18名工人(男11女7),接触较高CO_2浓度(0.46％)达10余年。作行为毒理测定,剂量作业试验的平均错误率和视觉反应时试验的错误人次,接触CO_2组明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。而血钙、尿磷、听力、血压、脉搏和心电图等,两组之间差异无显著性。

| Abstract: | Eighteen workers (male 11, female 7) in a sodium bicarbonate workshop have exposed to higher concentration of CO2 (0.46%) for over ten years,, The behavioral toxicology has been measured and the exposure CO, groups are highly significant (P<0.01) in average error rate of dose-work test and in the mistake man-number of vision response test, compared with the normal groups (18 persons) who are in the same factory. Others indexes, such as serum-calcium, urinary output of phosphorus, hearing, blood pressure, pulse and EKG present nonsignificant difference between the groups (P>0.05). |
