等规聚丙烯水相氯化反应动力学研究

摘    要:文章研究在水相悬浮体系中,等温下进行氯气氯化等规聚丙烯(CIPP)的合成反应,该反应是气-液-固三相并存的非均相反应。通过对产物CIPP中氯的质量分数进行化学测定,并结合数学回归分析方法对CIPP的水相法合成动力学过程进行研究。研究表明,从转化率(Rt)的角度看,水相氯化反应动力学特征与均相氯化基本相近。得到了IPP水相氯化反应的动力学方程。该氯化反应的表观活化能为10.23kJ/mol。

Abstract:The reaction of the preparation of chlorinated isotactic polypropylene(CIPP) in aqueous suspension at the same temperature is researched,which is heterogeneous with three phases of gas, liquid, and solid,and the reaction kinetics is studied by measuring the chlorine content of CIPP and by the methods of regression analysis. The study shows that the reaction kinetics of chlorination in aqueous suspension are basically close with that of the homogeneous chlorination on the aspect of invert ratio. The kinetics equation of the chlorination of isotactic polypropylene(IPP) in aqueous suspension is obtained, and the apparent activation energy is 10.23 kJ/mol.
