大洪河水电站分期洪水分期防洪发电研究

摘    要:根据流域水文气象的季节性变化规律,参照我国现行洪水和动能计算规范的要求和方法,将大洪河水电站分期设计洪水计算以及分期防洪和发电运行,有机结合起来进行统筹研究。结果表明,大洪河水电站洪水分期时界明显,分期设计洪水计算成果合理、可靠,据以进行分期调洪演算和动能计算,既确保各防护对象的防洪安全,又增加了不少的发电量,经济效益和社会效益较为显著。

Stage Flood Control and Power Generation of Dahonghe Hydroelectric Plant
Abstract:According to the seasonal variation of the basin hydrology and meteorology and with reference to the requirements and methods of the current “Chinese Flood and Power Estimation Norms”,a research is conducted with consideration of the stage desigh flood estimation stage flood control and power generation operation.The results indicate that the stage flood control time limits are distinct,the estimated results of stage design flood are rational and reliable.With flood routing and power energy estimation it is possible not only to guarantee flood control but also to increase much energy output,as well as more significant economic benefit and social benefit.
