帕米膦酸二钠联合放疗治疗骨转移癌的疗效观察

目的：观察帕米膦酸二钠（博宁）联合放射治疗对骨转移癌所致高血钙和骨痛的治疗作用。方法：在对65例骨转移患者放射治疗前将帕米膦酸二钠90mg加入5％葡萄糖溶液500ml中，静脉滴注6h，每月1次，共6次，对照组65例行单纯放疗。剂量为DT30Gy，每周5次，共2周。以放疗结束时及结束后6个月的疼痛缓解率、血钙下降率作为评价指标。结果：放疗结束时，治疗组疼痛缓解率和血钙下降率与对照组无明显差异；结束6个月后，治疗组疼痛率和血钙下降率均高于对照组（P＜0．05）。不良反应轻。结论：应用帕米膦酸二钠90mg，每月1次，共6次，配合放疗，可显著缓解骨转移引起的疼痛，降低高血钙，临床应用方便，患者耐受性好。

A Clinical Trial of Disodium Pamidronate Combination with Radiotherapy in Treatment of Bone Metastatic Cancer

Objective To evaluate the effect of disodium pamidronate(Bolin) combination with radiotherapy(RT) in the treatment of bone metastatic cancer.Methods In treatment group(65 patients with ostelytic metastasis diseases) bolin 90 mg were dissolved in 5%GS 500 ml and given by infusion for 6 hours.In next day,all patiens received radiotherapy.Bolin were adiministrated every 4 weeks for 6 cycles.In control group,65 patients received radiotherapy only.For all 130 patients,the radio-dose were D T 30 Gy/10f of 2 weeks.At the time RT finished and 6 months after,serum calcium level and pain release were used as criteria of response.Results At the time RT finished,there were no statistically differences in hypercalcermia level reduce and in pain release between the two groups.After 6 months,treatment group appears to be superior to control group in the serum calcermia level reduce and pain release(P<0.05).The treatment was well tolerated by patients.Conclusion Treatment with 90 mg of bolin every 4 weeks 6 cycles in addition to RT significantly reduces hypercacemia and pain from osteolytic metastases.The drug is conveniently used and well tolerated.
