水解-好氧接触氧化处理炼油废水研究

摘    要:针对炼油废水可生化性差的特点,采用水解—好氧接触氧化工艺进行处理。结果表明,废水经水解处理后,COD和石油类的去除率分别达到46.5%和67.3%,废水的B/C由进水的27.9%提高到34.4%。不仅废水的污染程度得到了一定的降低,而且其可生化性也得到了较大的改善,再经后续的好氧接触氧化处理使废水的COD、石油类和氨氮等主要指标分别低于115mg/L、6.8mg/L和12.7mg/L,优于国家二级排放标准。

Abstract:Aiming at serious pollution and no good biochemical quality in refinery sewage,hydrolytic acidification was used to treat it.The results showed that the removal percent for COD and oil was 46.5% and 67.3% respectively and the B/C of the sewage was increased from 27.9% to 34.4% by hydrolytic treatment.Pollution of the sewage was reduced and the biochemical quality was improved,after downstream hydrolytic acidification,the main indicators in waste water like level of COD,oil and ammonia nitrogen are above grade 2 of nations wastewater discharge standard which are lower than 115 mg/L,6.8 mg/L and 12.7 mg/L.
