高血压病患者细胞间粘附分子的变化及其意义

摘    要:目的检测原发性高血压患者细胞间粘附分子 (ICAM 1 )水平并探讨其在原发性高血压发病中的意义。方法采用流式细胞测定法测定 45例原发性高血压患者和 1 5例健康体检者ICAM 1水平。结果原发性高血压Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期与Ⅲ期患者ICAM 1水平明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 5) ,Ⅲ期患者ICAM 1水平显著高于Ⅰ期患者 (P <0 .0 5)。结论原发性高血压患者ICAM 1水平明显增高 ;血压控制时 ,ICAM 1水平仍高 ;Ⅲ期患者ICAM 1水平增高更为显著。

The changes and significance of intercellular adhesion molecule in the patients with hypertension

Abstract:Objective To detect the level of intercellular adhesion molecule 1(ICAM 1) in the patients with essential hypertension and to study its significance. Methods ICAM 1 levels in 45 essential hypertension patients and 15 normal controls were detected by flow cytometry. Results ICAM 1 levels in the essential hypertension patients(I, II, and III stage) were significantly higher than that in the controls(P<0.05), and the ICAM 1 levels in the III stage patients were significantly higher than that in the I stage patients(P<0.05). Conclusion ICAM 1 level in the essential hypertension patients is obviously increased, which remains high when the blood pressure is controlled. ICAM level in the III stage patients is more significantly increased.
