| 摘 要： | 目前交通建设中施工环境恶化的原因日趋复杂、矛盾种类多样。包括业主与沿线组织、居民之间的矛盾以及施工方与沿线集体、个人之间的矛盾等。承包商应从文明施工、秋毫不犯,依靠政府、友好协商,及时调解、防患未然三方面出发,积极化解矛盾、主动争取好的施工环境,为我国交通建设事业做出贡献。

| Abstract: | The reason of the deterioration of the construction environment in transit construction is going complex and the types of conflicts are going various increasingly,including the contradictions among the owners、the organizations and the residents,and the contradictions among the construction side、the group and the person and so on.Contractor shuould make civilization construction with no violate,depend on the government,consult friendly,mediate on time,take precautions,in irder to resolve conflicts and make good construction environment actively and make contributions to the transportation construction of China. |
