摘    要:目的:观察整体护理在持续性不卧床腹膜透析(CAPD)双联系统治疗慢性肾功能衰竭中的作用。方法:将2002年~2005年60例慢性肾功能衰竭患者通过随机数字表法分为两组。观察组30例实施整体护理,对照组30例实施常规护理。观察2组的透析效果和并发症的发生率及治疗后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分。结果:观察组和对照组部分并发症的发生率及治疗后SAS评分相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而透析效果方面相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在持续性不卧床腹膜透析(CAPD)双联系统治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的同时施行整体护理,能减少并发症的发生率,提高患者的生活质量,是一种值得推广的护理方法。

Abstract:Objective To observe the application of Overall Nursing in continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis(CAPD) double system in the treatment of aged patients with chronic renal failure.Method60 aged patients with chronic renal failure from 2002 to 2005 were divided into two groups randomly.The observation group(n=30) received Overall Nursing and the control group(n=30) received routine nursing.Dialysis effect,the incidence of complications and SAS scoring after treatment were observed in the two groups.Results The incidence of some complications and SAS scoring after treatment had significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and dialysis effect of the two groups didn't show statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion CAPD double system plus Overall Nursing in the treatment of aged patients with chronic renal failure can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the life quality of patients,so it is a worthy extension of nursing.
