| 摘 要： | 主要介绍了进端热处理装置（EHT系统）在目前高压交联聚乙烯（XLPE）电缆生产中的实际应用，简要对EHT系统的设备组成以及EHT系统的作用原理进行了分析，通过对实际生产中采用EHT系统后生产的高压XLPE电缆进行结构尺寸的试验分析，试验结果表明电缆圆整度、偏心度都得到了有效改善。

| Abstract: | This article mainly introduces the actual application of the EHT system in the present production of high voltage XLPE power cables. It also gives a brief analysis of the equipment components and the action principle for the the EHT system. Through the dimension check of the high voltage cable after adopting the EHT system in actual pro-duction, the test result shows that the roundness and eccentricity of the cable have been effectively improved. |
