摘    要:500 kV静安(世博)变电站是中国首座将500 kV电源引入大都市中心区域的地下超高压变电站,所有出线和进线全部采用电缆线路.电力电缆,尤其是高压电力电缆的电气参数和特性,与架空线路相比有较大的不同,针对这一差别对继电保护装置动作行为的影响进行分析.并就电缆电容电流对差动保护的影响以及电缆零序阻抗非线性的特点对零序保护的影响给出了相应的解决方案,为超高压地下变电站运行提供指导.

Abstract:The Jing'an(Expo) substation is the first 500kV full underground substation in China.All the transmission distribution lines connected with the substation are cables.The electric parameters and characteristics of power cables are different from that of overhead transmission lines.These differences have influences on the behavior of relay protection equipments.The influences are analyzed in this paper based on the power cable characteristics and the relay protection configuration in the Jing'an(Expo) substation.Results show that the capacitive current and the Non-linear zero-sequence impedance of the power cables must be considered when the current differential protection and the zero-sequence impedance protection are used.The results can be a useful reference and experience for future underground substation operation.
