CT脑动脉高密度征对脑梗死的早期诊断

目的：评价CT脑动脉高密度征对早期脑梗死的诊断价值。方法：回顾分析53例大脑中动脉分布区急性脑梗死CT脑动脉高密度征的影像资料。结果：27例观察到大脑中动脉MI水平段呈高密度征，右侧11例，左侧13例，双侧3例，占收集资料的53％。CT对照复查5例和MRI对照观察10例，所见均与大脑中动脉高密度征的分布范围相符合。结论：大脑中动脉高密度征对脑梗死的早期诊断具有较高的价值。

The early diagnosis in infarct of CT hyperdense brain artery sign

objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of CT hyperdense brain artery sign in early cerebral infarct. Methods CT findings of 53 cases with acute cerebral infarct of middle cerebral artery were analyzed retrospectively. Results Hyperdense brain artery sign was showed in 27 cases, (male 22 cases,female 5 cases).CT scanned 5 cases again, 11 cases were examined by MRI for contrast observation. Hyperdense sign of single middle cerebral artery were 24 cases (11 cases in right, 13 in left),Both right and left middle cerebral artery showed by hyperdense sign were 3 cases. 5 cases were scanned by CT again and 10 cases were examined by MRI, the result shown that identical with the middle cerebral hyperdense areas. Conclusion The hyperdense of middle cerebral artery sign is a useful method in the diagnosis of middle cerebral early infarct.
