线材加热炉空燃比动态控制的研究

摘    要:空燃比动态控制是利用煤气热值波动对空燃比预设定进行前馈控制;利用废气氧含量,判断空燃比设定合理性,进行反馈控制。从而有效地克服了传统控制中的缺点,具有搜索速度快、收敛特性好等优点,实现最优控制。结果表明,在加热炉传统的燃烧控制中加入了热值、氧动态控制后,减少了氧化烧损,节约了燃料。

Abstract:Dynamic control over the air/fuel ratio is done by the feed forward control over the pre-set ratio based on fluctuation of the gas combustion value.Oxygen bearing in waste gas is utilized;air/fuel ratio setting is judged and feedback control is done.Therefore shortcomings in the traditional control can be overcome effectively.The new control has features of fast searching and excellent convergent characteristics.Results show that fire loss has been lowered and fuel has been reduced with the newly added combustion value and oxygen dynamic control in the traditional combustion control of reheating furnace.
