摘 要: | 目的:建立跌打丸中人参皂苷Rg1的含量测定。方法:色谱柱为Agilent ZORBAX C18(4.6 mm ×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(78∶22);流速:0.8 mL/min,检测波长为203 nm,柱温为30℃。结果:人参皂苷Rg1浓度在255.40~766.20μg/mL与峰面积有良好的线性关系(r =0.9985),平均回收率为92.8%(n =6), RSD为0.58%。结论:该方法快速、准确、重现性好,可作为跌打丸的质量控制方法。

Abstract: | Objective:To establish a HPLC method to determine ginsenoside Rg1 in dieda pills. Methods:The column of Agilent ZORBAX C18(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm)was used with acetonitrile-water (78:22) as mobile phase, the flow rate was 0.8 mL/min, the detection wavelength was at 203 nm and the column temperature was at 30 ℃. Results:There was a good linear relationship between ginsenoside Rg1 at the concentration of 255.40 ~ 766.20 μg/mL and the peak area ( r = 0 . 998 5 ) , and the average recovery was 92 . 8% ( n = 6 ) , RSD was 0 . 58%. Conclusion:The method is simple , sensitive and accurate . It can be used for the quality control of dieda pills . |
