摘    要:本文提供了一种适用于离心盘雾化燃烧室性能计算的新方法。和常规直流燃烧室计算方法相比,主要特点是根据离心雾化燃烧室结构特点空气流动规律。在计算截面的定义与选取二股气流动道的分股,局部压力损失计算与迭加提出了自己的见解和处理问题的方法,并在此基础上引用基本方程,较好地解决了这类燃烧室的性能计算问题。

Abstract:In this paper a method is presented for calculating the performance of centrifugal diskatomizer combustor. Even now the method generally used for unidirectional flowcombustor calculations is still that given in Ref.[1] published in 1968. Compared withRef.[1], the main features of this paper are: 1. The center streamline of centrifugal dish atomizer combustor is curved. In Ref.[1],the center stream line is a straight line. 2. The air flow in the complex second path is simplified as three branch flows. The lossof local pressure is calculated by considering both parallel and series cases. In existingmethods only the parallel case is considered. 3. Dissociation loss and expanding loss are considered. These losses were not consid-ered by previous authors. The above three features make it possible for the authors to use the basic equations tocalculate the mass distribution, pressure loss, flow parameters and wall temperature ofcombustor with curved center stream line. A WZ-6 engine combustor is taken as illustrative example. The calculation results arein good agreement with the test results of water flow simulation. Thus the authors methodcan be used for performance calculation of centrifugal dish atomizer combustor.
