| 摘 要： | 采用双功能超亏检测３２例输尿和结石患者和３２例正常人肾内动脉阻力指数、结果表明：尿管结石患者的患肾ＲＩ显著高于健肾和正常人肾脏的ＲＩ，患肾与健肾ＲＩ差值较正常人双肾ＲＩＤ显著增高。

| Abstract: | Intrnrenal arterial resistance indexes(RI)were exarnined by duplex Doppler sonography in 32 patients with ureteric calculi and 32 normal subjects for control.RI of abnormal kindeys was significantly higher than RI of contrdrlateral normal kidneys and control group(p<0.01).The RI difference(RId)between abnormal and normal kidneys was also significantly higher than the RId between right and left kidneys of control group(P<0.05).Diagnosis threshold of RI>0.7 and RId>0.1 produced a test sensitivity of 75%and 81.25%,specificity of 85.93%and 96.87%respectivel. Duplex boppler sonography was helpful for diagnosing ureteric cnlculic. |
