PCB分级产物热解动力学研究

Abstract:Coarsely crushed PCB sample was firstly classified to investigate the connection of copper distribution and classification.The classified products were studied by pyrolysis kinetics analysis.The results showed that,after classification,the main product obtained at 290 r/min dust catcher was 55.53wt%,while copper was mainly in the product of 870 r/min dust catcher,61.83wt%.TG-DTA results indicated that the weight-loss ratio of the five classified products were in range of 30%~52%,except for the product obtained at 870 r/min dust catcher,only 17.36%,which may be caused by its higher copper content(11.77%).Finally,apparent activation energy(E) and frequency factor(lnA) of this five products were investigated by Friedman and LF method.
