| 摘 要： | 采用云计算的方法将汉字的笔画引入汽车车牌识别系统中,通过提取运动汽车的车牌图像,对车牌字符进行准确识别与输出.该识别系统识别准确、效率高,不仅可以准确有效识别汽车车牌,而且可以通过云计算进行数据的后期处理并实现输出结果资源共享,为实现交通智能化管理提供帮助.
