| 摘 要： | 目的观察国产长春瑞滨(盖诺)，顺铂、丝裂霉素联合治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法化疗方案采用盖诺25mg／m^2静脉于第1，8天给药，丝裂霉素8mg／m^2静脉于第1天给药，顺铂30mg/m^2静脉于第1-3天给药。结果全组42例，其中CR3例，PR19例，总有效率为52．38％。主要副作用是骨髓抑制，其中Ⅲ、Ⅳ度白细胞下降发生率分别为42．86％、4．76％：结论MNP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效较好，毒副作用能耐受，值得临床进一步研究推广。
