| 摘 要： | 目的分析胸外伤的致伤原因及临床特点．总结临床治疗方法。方法回顾性分析总结632例胸外伤患者的致伤原因、损伤类型及治疗方法的选择。结果本组病例的主要致伤原因是交通事故（47．8％），闭合伤（71％），肋骨骨折（78．8％）；治愈率达95．7％，主要致死原因是ARDS及严重多器官损伤。结论大多数胸外伤患者给予保守及胸腔阔式引流治疗可治愈，对并发其他器官损伤者应给予积极的手术治疗，防治ARDS等严重并发症。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the reasons and clinical features of the thoracic injuriws.Methods The reason,type and curing the method of thoracic injury were anaoyzed retrospectively.Results The thoracic injuries were mainly caused by traffic accidents(47.8%),blunt injury(71%),the type of rib fractures(78.8%),healer(95.7%).The major reasons of death were ARDS and serious complications.Conclusions Thoracostomy tube drainage is commonly used in trauma of thorax.It can cure a great number of patients with this disease.Patients should take operation as soon as possible when another organ is injured.And serious complications such as ARDS should be treated as soon as possible. |
