全固体化Nd:YVO_4单频绿光激光器

摘    要:采用“面对面”激光二极管泵浦Nd:YVO4和KTP内腔倍频,获得单横模单纵横绿光输出。阈值泵浦功率为12mw,实测的单端绿光最大单横模输出为7.3mw,最大单纵模输出为1.5mw,光光转换效率为1.9%。全固化系统设计小型紧凑,运转可靠。

Abstract:By using a miniature cavity and KTP cristal,an efficient intracavity frequency doubled Nd:YVO4 laser,"face to face" pumped by a laser diode has been established.The measured single-transversal TEMoo mode and single-longitudinal-mode SHG maximum outputS are 7.3 mW and 1.5 mW respectively.The threshold pump power is 12 mW and a total optical conversion efficiency of 1.9% for the second harmonic generation has beer obtained.
