摘    要:为了避开试验架的加载设备的激振频率与试验架的某一阶固有频率耦合,提高试验系统工作的可靠性、安全性和动态性能,针对试验架的结构特点,对试验架建立了具有某阶固有频率约束、以重量最小化为目标函数的优化模型。通过有限元建模、灵敏度分析和采用逐次线性规划求解优化问题,对试验架的主要构件的截面参数进行了优化。结果表明,该方法具有简单、收敛快,具有一定的工程价值。

Abstract:In this paper an application of structural optimization to the design of a test bed with specified frequency constraints is presented. The objective is to obtain an optimum test system to improve its structural reliability and dynamic performance. The method is based on an iterative process of optimization that includes structural analysis by the Finite Element Method (FEM), sensitivity analysis, and optimization techniques. The optimization model is established by minimizing the weight of the test bed as the objective function,taking the sensitivity matrix of eigenvalues as the gradient vectors, and the specified eigenvalues as constraints. An optimal design of the section parameters of the main substructure of the bed are completed by the Sequential Linear Programming (SLP) algorithm. The result shows the simplicity and effectiveness of the proposed method.
