| 摘 要： | 目的了解痴呆照料者的心理负担及心理干预效果。方法收集58名痴呆患者照料者,由经培训的调查员进行调查,评定工具包括焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）。58名照料者随机分为2组,干预组给予心理干预6个月,对照组处于自然状态,观察干预前后的SAS、SDS。结果痴呆照料者的心理负担重,SAS平均分（36±7）分,SDS平均分（37±8）分。干预后6个月,干预组SAS减轻至（33±4）分（P〈0.05）,SDS减轻至（36±4）分（P〈0.05）。对照组照料者的SDS、SAS得分前后差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论照料者的心理负担重,焦虑和抑郁情绪明显,心理干预可以减轻照料者的抑郁和焦虑情绪。
