摘    要:为了提高咖啡渣的附加值,以咖啡渣为原料,采用超声波提取法,以未染色蚕丝织物与染色蚕丝织物的色差值△E为指标,研究染液质量分数、染色时间、染液pH值、染色温度、媒染剂对咖啡渣提取液超声染色蚕丝织物颜色特征值的影响。结果表明,超声染色单因素最优工艺为:染色温度60℃、染色时间40 min、染液质量分数3.0%、染色p H4.0。超声波对咖啡渣色素上染蚕丝织物具有明显的增艳和增深作用,且能获得偏红调的咖啡暖色系,具有更宽广的色谱范围,耐皂洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度均达到服用标准。

Abstract:In order to increase the added value of coffee grounds,coffee grounds were used as the raw material to study effects of mass fraction of dye solution,dyeing time,pH value of dye solution,dyeing temperature and mordant on the color characteristic value of ultrasonically dyed silk fabric of coffee grounds extract with the ultrasonic extraction method based on the indicator of color difference valueΔE of undyed silk fabric and dyed silk fabric.The results showed the single-factor optimal process for ultrasonic dyeing:dyeing temperature 60℃,dyeing time 40 min,mass fraction of dye solution 3.0%,pH 4.0.Ultrasound had obvious brightening and deepening effect on silk fabrics dyed by coffee grounds pigments,and a reddish coffee warm color system could be obtained.It had a wider chromatographic range,and the color fastness to soaping and rubbing could meet the standard of wearing.
