电热针治疗产后腹型肥胖症的临床研究

目的观察电热针治疗产后腹型肥胖症的临床疗效。方法将80例产后腹型肥胖症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用常规营养咨询指导,治疗组在对照组基础上采用电热针治疗。治疗6周后,观察两组患者治疗前后体质量、身体质量指数(BMI)、体脂比率(PBF)、腰围(WC)、腰臀比(WHR)、血清瘦素(LEP)水平的变化情况。结果两组治疗后各项指标(体质量、BMI、PBF、WC、WHR及LEP)与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后各项指标与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电热针是一种治疗产后腹型肥胖症的有效方法。

Clinical Study of Electrothermal Acupuncture for Postpartum Abdominal Obesity

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of electrothermal acupuncture in treating postpartum abdominal obesity.Method Eighty patients with postpartum abdominal obesity were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was intervened by conventional nutritional counsel and guidance,based on which the treatment group was intervened by electrothermal acupuncture.After 6-week treatment,changes in the body mass,body mass index(BMI),percent body fat(PBF),waist circumference(WC),waist-to-hip ratio(WHR)and serum leptin(LEP)level were observed in the two groups.Result All the indexes(body mass,BMI,PBF,WC,WHR and LEP)showed significant differences after treatment in the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the treatment group was significantly different from the control group comparing all the indexes(P<0.05).Conclusion Electrothermal acupuncture is an effective approach for postpartum abdominal obesity.
