改进后的肾囊肿CT引导下硬化剂治疗术

目的观察改进肾囊肿CT引导下硬化剂治疗术的疗效。方法386例肾囊肿经皮穿刺抽吸乙醇治疗,其中,单纯性肾囊肿243例,多发囊肿113例,双肾均有囊肿30例。囊肿直径1.5~7 cm。用9-14 G穿刺针穿刺抽吸,抽出囊液5~700 ml,注入99.7%无水乙醇保留而不抽出,乙醇量以抽出量的25%~50%计算。结果随访193例(251个囊肿),时间3个月~12个月,囊肿治疗有效率达98%以上,囊腔消失率达87%,并发症仅为局部腰部胀痛,无严重后遗症。结论改进后的CT引导下肾囊肿硬化剂治疗术是一种安全、并发症少,操作简单的有效治疗方法。

CT guided aspiration and sclerosing treatment of renal cysts:improved technique

Objective To observe the curative effect of CT guided puncuture aspiration and sclerosing treatment of renal cysts after being changed.Methods Three hundreds and eighty-six renal cysts were treated with percutaneous aspiration and ethanol(99.7%) injection into the cystic cavity without being aspirated.Among the 386 patients,243 patients had solitary renal cysts,113 multiple renal cysts,and 30 renal cysts with double renal.The cysts varied in size from 1.5 cm to 7 cm in diameter.The amount of aspirated fluid varied from 5 ml to 700 ml.A 9-14 gauge aspiration needle was used for all patients.A 25%~50% cyst volume replacement with 99.7% ethanol was injected into the cystic cavity and not being aspirated.Results One hundred and ninety-three cysts of the total 251 renal cysts were followed from less than 3 months to more than 12 months.The curative effective rate and disappearance rate of the cystic cavity in renal cysts were 98% and 87%.The complication was local abdominal pain.There were no major complications.Conclusion The changed treatment of renal cysts in CT guided puncture aspiration and sclerosing is a valuable method,because of safety,low complication rate,simple operation technique and curative effect.
