摘    要:针对已开发成功的2-甲基-1,4-对苯二酚合成的原工艺路线较长,加水量较大,能耗较高不易操作等问题进行了进一步研究.根据反应物系中各组分物性特点,采用冷却抽滤法省去了原工艺中的减压蒸馏和有关萃取工序,使工艺过程中的加水量减少了1/2,并使反应混和液中未反应的原料能回收利用.利用L9(34)正交表进行正交实验,再通过平行实验,确定了优化工艺条件.改进后的工艺路线不仅比原工艺路线的生产周期缩短了2/3,大大降低了能耗,而且简化了操作,更易于工业化实施.

Abstract:The improvement of the synthesis process of 2-methyl-l,4-dihydroxybenzene,which had been successfully explited but possessed the disadvantages of complicated technological process,large amounts of water added,high energy consumption and discommodious operation was concentrated.By orthogonal experiments(with L_9(3~4) orthogonal tab lc) and parallel experiments,the optimum conditions were obtained based on the physical properties of different compositions in the reaction system.To be detailed,the amounts of water added was docreased to half and the vacuum distillation and concerned extraction processes were leaved out.Thus,the production cycle was only 1/3 of that of the old one,the energy consumption was reduced markedly and so was the production costs.The new process is more easily to be applied in industry.
